The i-wellbeing community

By Fiona Bugler • 10th March 2021

We are focussed on growing the i-wellbeing community in 2021 (on and off-line). We continue to build relationships and connect with likeminded wellbeing thought-leaders, advocates and innovators.

Podcasts to tune into

Back in September, founder and editorial director, Fiona Bugler, was interviewed for the My Mindpal Mind Over Chatter, podcast,  where she talked wellbeing and endurance running.

In January she was interviewed by the brilliant Alision Liddle for Launch, a podcast which empowers high achievers to launch to the next level in their life and business. The show will be live on April 1, 2021 at 8am CT. Alison was a guest on the i-wellbeing podcast at the end of 2020, a truly inspirational lady, full of positive energy. It was great to make a connection across the Atlantic on a dark December day.

We’re interested in alcohol and wellbeing and have written about alcohol in lockdown here. In February Fiona talked alcohol and fitness  with club soda founder, Laura Willoughby and ultra runner, Anja Madhvani. We’re looking forward to talking to Laura about Club Soda and the work she does to help her community drink mindfully or stop completely – keep an eye out, it’s coming soon.

If you’d like Fiona to guest on your podcast or if you would like to be a guest on the i-wellbeing podcast – get in touch now.

Networking for the wellbeing community

We’ve created an wellbeing group on Linked-in which we hope will help members form stronger bonds with like-minded wellbeing professionals and advocates. As well as connecting with people who share your vision you can send group members Direct Messages without signing up for premium.  At the moment the group is small, but of course, perfectly formed. Please sign up and join the conversation.

Coming soon… a range of wellbeing community conversations on CLUBHOUSE – if you’d like to collaborate on a room, get in touch.
