Follow this easy to do at home workout from World Class trampolinist, Team GB’s Laura Gallagher.


Due to the new social distancing and self-isolation measures we are all taking in the midst of the current Covid-19 pandemic many of our us are working at home and will be spending the best part of the day inside with outdoor exercise restricted. As a result, we’re missing out on daily exercise either walking to or from, work or regular runs/cycles and workout classes.

This includes Great Britain’s top athletes and Team GB’s Laura Gallagher is no stranger to circuits and body-weight exercises having made her way to the top of the gymnastics world, competing on the world stage for over 10 years. So Laura won’t be letting social distancing and isolation get in the way her exercise regime and has sent us some videos to help us keep up some vital exercise.
