Home workouts with Team GB’s Laura Gallagher

Due to the new social distancing and self-isolation measures we are all taking in the midst of the current Covid-19 pandemic many of our us are working at home and will be spending the best part of the day inside with outdoor exercise restricted. As a result, we’re missing out on daily exercise  either walking to or from, work or regular runs/cycles and workout classes .

This includes Great Britain’s top athletes and Laura Gallagher is no stranger to circuits and body-weight exercises having made her way to the top of the gymnastics world, competing on the world stage for over 10 years. So Laura won’t be letting social distancing and isolation get in the way her exercise regime and has sent us some videos to help us keep up some vital exercise.

Exercise is a proven way of building a healthy immune system and maintaining our mental health, so while it’s a little harder to achieve right now, it’s more important than ever to stay active.

Exercise is so important to everybody, regardless of age and fitness levels, it helps to quick the body & mind fit and fresh, says Laura.
